AFCR hosts social events for families and their adopted children which has included adoption cultural programs, playgroups, and outings for families.Social events have provided opportunities for parents and children to make new friends and celebrate diverse families and cultures. Many of the individuals who attend AFCR’s programs live in the immediate Capital Region – Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Saratoga counties as well as the counties of Greene, Columbia, Dutchess, Montgomery, Warren, Washington counties and beyond.
